Community volunteer Terry Williams' image is reflected in a collage of photographs, newspaper clippings and keys in the Wyoming Tribune Eagle photography studio earlier this month. After retiring from the state Williams founded the Wyoming Family Home Ownership Program which has placed 17 families in homes. The program is currently mentoring and educating 29 more families in preparation for home ownership.
